Miami, FL – Injury-Causing Wreck Occurs at NW 111th St & 17th Ave

Miami, FL (September 17, 2023) – Early on Sunday, September 17th, an accident involving at least two or potentially three vehicles caused the closure of a nearby intersection and injured an unknown number of people.

The incident occurred at 6:30 a.m. near NW 111th Street and NW 17th Avenue, according to Miami-Dade County authorities.

Police, EMTs, and firefighters from the area rushed to the accident site quickly thereafter to assess the scene and transport any injured people to a nearby medical facility.

Miami-Dade County Sheriff’s Office deputies are now investigating the collision, but no more details have been released to the public at this time.
