Miami, FL – Injury-Causing Collision at SW 57th Ave & 8th St

Miami, FL (September 4, 2023) – A multi-vehicle wreck shut down a local intersection on Monday, September 4, and resulted in apparent victim injuries.

Dispatchers reported that the incident happened at around 10:10 p.m. on Monday at the juncture of SW 57th Avenue and SW 8th Street.

First responders were seen on the traffic camera shutting down all lanes at the intersection, and authorities on the scene reported at least one or two victim injuries.

However, there is currently no word about the victims’ conditions, and deputies with the Miami-Dade County Sheriff’s Office are continuing to investigate in the meantime.
