Ft Lauderdale, FL - Teens Hurt in Motorcycle Crash on Grenada St

Fort Lauderdale, FL (September 21, 2023) – The police in Fort Lauderdale are looking for a motorcyclist they say hit two young girls and fled the accident scene last week.

At around 8:15 p.m. on Friday, at the corner of North Grenada and Highway A1A, a motorcyclist allegedly sped between stopped vehicles and struck two teenagers as they crossed the intersection of A1A and North Grenada Street on their way to the Westin Resort.

Authorities claimed the biker got back on his motorcycle and fled in a westerly direction along Seville Street.

Broward Crime Stoppers is asking anybody with knowledge of the accident to call them.

Our thoughts are extended to the injured victims and their loved ones at this time.
