Fort Pierce, FL – Serious Car Crash on Florida’s Turnpike near St. Lucie Svc Plaza
Fort Pierce, FL (February 8, 2021) – Police and paramedics in Fort Pierce were dispatched to the scene of an accident that occurred on the morning of February 8 at approximately 11:00.
Reports indicate that the collision occurred on the Florida Turnpike in the southbound lanes between the Fort Pierce exit and the St. Lucie Service Plaza. At least one person sustained injuries in the crash, as paramedics and other responders were observed at the scene.
No one involved has been identified to the public at this time as police continue to investigate the circumstances of the incident. Injured parties were treated at the crash scene and transported via ambulance to area hospitals to receive treatment for their injuries.
