Florida Traffic Collisions

According to information provided by the Florida Department of Transportation, in a 5-year period, from 2015 to 2019, the Sunshine State saw over 50,000 work zone related-collisions. These included over 380 deaths and more than 2,400 severe injuries. Traffic accidents in Florida happen all too often. Florida is among the top three most dangerous states for motorists in the United States, based on its extremely high traffic accident rate. More than 400,000 people lose their lives every year due to auto accidents in the Sunshine State. Of those accidents, over 3,000 lose their lives and approximately 250,000 become injured. If you or someone you love has sustained injuries in an auto accident that you believe was the fault of another person, it is in your best interest to contact a Florida personal injury attorney concerning your right toward financial compensation.

If your injuries were indeed the result of another person’s negligence, or you have recently lost a loved one due to the carelessness of another driver, you may be entitled to significant financial compensation. Compensation is meant to cover things like medical bills, repair costs, mental health bills, and other costs associated with your accident. It is meant to help ease the financial burden brought on by a sudden and serious auto accident, which can also help ease the stress associated with what you may be going through.
