West Palm Beach, FL – One Killed, One Hurt in West Gun Club Rd. Collision
West Palm Beach, FL (April 18, 2021) – Police in West Palm Beach responded to a crash that left one person dead on Friday afternoon. The collision was reported around 5:35 p.m. at the intersection of Gun Club Road and South Congress Avenue.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, along with rescue workers, responded to the crash scene. According to a report, a vehicle was traveling on Gun Club Road when the driver abruptly lost control of the car causing it to leave the roadway. The vehicle struck a tree before coming to rest. One person was pronounced dead at the accident scene while a second was taken to a trauma center for treatment of serious injuries. The identities of the victims have not been released at this time. There is no information on what caused the crash to occur.
The PBSO is currently conducting an investigation into the crash. No additional information is available.
