West Palm Beach, FL – Major 2-Vehicle Accident on S Federal Hwy & SE Pettway
West Palm Beach, FL (April 23, 2021) – Police in West Palm Beach are currently investigating the circumstances of a collision that occurred on the afternoon of April 21. At around 3:24 p.m., police and EMTs were sent to the scene of a collision on the Southeast Federal Highway.
Sources state that the crash took place on the Southeast Federal Highway near Southeast Pettway between two vehicles. The details of the accident have not been disclosed to the public at this time.
Two people were reported to have sustained injuries in the wreck. They were treated on-site before being taken via ambulance to local medical centers.
The southbound lanes of the Federal Highway were closed in the vicinity of Southeast Pettway Street for an extended period of time on the evening of April 21. Drivers in the area were urged to seek an alternate route if possible.
