Car Wrecks in West Palm Beach

Car accidents in Florida take place more often than accidents in any other state in the nation. According to recently compiled statistics concerning the accident rate in the Sunshine State, a crash happens approximately once every 84 seconds or about 400,000 times per year. Of these accidents, about 250,000 people are injured per year and over 3,000 lose their lives.

Automobile accidents can result in numerous injuries. Some of these include, but are not limited to; spinal cord injuries, broken bones, or even brain injuries. Traffic collisions are one of the leading causes of death in the US, killing over 30,000 people per year.

Suffering injuries in a car crash in Florida can be extremely stressful, not to mention painful. You and perhaps your loved ones may be suffering in more ways than one after a traffic wreck. That pain can be exacerbated when you are under the impression that your accident and injuries were caused by another person’s negligence. For instance, if the other person involved in your collision was texting while driving, speeding, or intoxicated when the accident took place, they need to be held accountable for their negligent actions that ultimately caused your injuries. You are also eligible for significant financial compensation if involved and injured in a traffic accident caused by another person.
