Injury Accidents in Miramar

A Florida car accident happens very suddenly and without warning. The effects of the crash, however, can linger for months and even years after the accident. According to statistics, more than 250,000 individuals are injured every year in crashes that take place on Florida’s roadways. These accidents occur for a variety of reasons although the most common cause of a car accident in Florida is the actions of a negligent driver. Speeding, impairment, reckless driving, and careless driving are among the common causes of many crashes that leave innocent victims hurt or even killed.

Under Florida law, if you have been injured in a crash that was not your fault, you may have a right to recovery. After the accident, you are likely to experience tremendous pain and suffering and you may miss work or be unable to enjoy the activities that you enjoyed before the crash. The law allows you to receive compensation for your injuries so that you are not held financially responsible for someone else’s mistakes or carelessness.
