Auto Accidents in Miami

According to statistics, there are more than 3,000 people killed in Florida car accidents each year. In a recent year, there were more than 400,000 reported car accidents and nearly 255,000 injuries as a result of those accidents. These numbers tell us that driving in Florida can be very dangerous. In fact, our state has one of the highest reported rates of crashes in the nation. This may be due to a number of factors, including high traffic volume, but it indicates that motorists must always be careful and use caution when traveling.

Under Florida law, you could be entitled to valuable compensation if you or a loved one have been affected by a crash. Most car accidents in Florida are caused by negligent drivers whose actions lead to unnecessary injuries for innocent motorists. Some of the most common causes of crashes in Florida include speeding, distracted driving, impairment, failing to yield to other motorists, and reckless driving. All of these factors and more can cause a devastating collision to occur in a matter of seconds. If you have been hurt in a crash with a negligent driver, a skilled attorney can help make sure that your rights are protected and that you are not left financially responsible for someone else’s mistakes or carelessness.
