Miami, FL – Collision Results in Injuries at NE 163rd St & NE 18th Ave
Miami, FL (April 1, 2021) – At least one person was injured following a two-car accident in Miami on Thursday, April 1. The accident took place on Northeast 163rd Street for reasons still being investigated.
According to information provided by officials in Miami, the collision occurred on Northeast 163rd Street at the intersection with Northeast 18th Avenue. EMS personnel and police responded to the report concerning the crash.
Injuries were reported to have resulted from the incident. Paramedics rendered emergency medical aid to those who were hurt at the scene. Seriously injured parties were transported via ambulance to area hospitals for further care.
The crash caused the closure of the intersection for a period of time afterward. Drivers were asked to seek alternate travel routes while responders were at the site of the wreck.
