Miami-Dade, FL (July 29, 2021) – At around 4:20 p.m. on the afternoon of July 29, an auto accident resulted in injuries on a roadway in Miami. Reports show that the wreck occurred on Florida’s Turnpike for reasons still under police investigation. 

The incident was reported to have taken place on Florida’s Turnpike Spur South near the ramp to Toll Plaza. An unspecified number of vehicles were involved in the accident. According to officials, injuries resulted from the crash. 

One or more involved parties sustained injuries in the collision. Paramedics were seen assisting those in need at the scene. Extensively injured patients were transported from the site of the crash to local medical centers for treatment as needed. 

Three left lanes of the roadway were blocked while crews worked to secure the area in which the wreck took place. Local drivers were asked to use caution and find alternative routes for the time being.
