Boca Raton, FL – Passenger Killed in Crash on Palmetto Park Rd.
Boca Raton, FL (July 3, 2021) – Officials in Boca Raton investigated a fatal crash that took place earlier this week. The accident occurred on Tuesday, June 29th on Palmetto Park Road.
According to officials, a driver was operating a 2015 Mercedes C300 on Palmetto Park when he lost control of his vehicle. The Mercedes left the roadway and collided with a tree before coming to rest on the shoulder. The driver, who was not identified, was taken to Delray Medical Center for treatment of serious injuries. A passenger in the vehicle suffered critical injuries and died at the accident scene. The passenger’s identity has not been revealed at this time. Police have not said what caused the accident to occur.
An investigation is underway. There is no word on whether charges are expected. No additional information is available.
