When you fall on liquid on the floor, most people think that they’re entitled to recover, because the liquid is on the floor, but that is not true. Under Florida law, we have to prove that the substance that you fell on either was cause to be there by an employee of the landowner, or we have to prove that it was there long enough that a reasonable company would have seen it and cleaned it.
